The site shares general information and passes a homeowner's request to one independent local roofer. It is not a contractor. It performs no roofing work, prepares no bids or prices of its own, signs no contracts and takes no part in insurance claims. Any agreement for roof work is made directly between you and the roofer, on that roofer's terms.

Cost figures on the site are published averages labeled with their source and year. Results from the cost calculator and the repair-or-replace quiz are planning guides, not quotes or bids, and the summaries of Georgia rules are not legal advice.

You agree to give accurate details, to send requests only for property you own or manage, and not to misuse the site, its forms or its tools.

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent Georgia law allows, the site is not responsible for any roofer's work, pricing, schedule, warranties or conduct, or for decisions you make based on its content. Links to government and other outside pages are offered for convenience, and those pages are outside this site's control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and may be revised; the version posted here applies.
