When you send a request, the site forwards it to one independent local roofing company. That roofer contacts you, looks at the roof, prices the job and gives you an estimate. Any contract for the work is between you and that roofer alone.

The roofing company that receives a request pays this site a fee for each referral. Homeowners never pay the site anything, and the site never gives homeowners anything in return: no gifts, rebates, credits, rewards or help with a deductible.

This site is not a roofing contractor and carries out no roofing work. It makes no bids, sets no prices, signs no contracts and plays no part in insurance claims. It does not publish the roofer's name; the roofer introduces itself when it gets in touch.

The referral fee does not mean the site vouches for the roofer. Before you sign, ask to see the City of Cordele occupational tax certificate and proof of insurance, and read the Georgia roofing rules guide for the other checks worth making.
